We've added one more free feature. You can now get detailed employee information reports by going to Reports and selecting Employees. You can select every employee ever loaded and you can also select which fields you want to display - multiple selections allowed by holding in the ctrl key and clicking the selections. Easily copy everything (click anywhere on the page then press ctrl + A on your keyboard) and paste it into Excel to easily work with your data.

Top Tip: To paste just the data and not the website formatting into Excel, you can right click on any cell and select the "Match destination formatting" under the paste options.

Minimum Wage 2026

In a move aimed at supporting low-income workers amid ongoing economic pressures, Employment and Labour Minister Nomakhosazana Meth has announced the new National Minimum Wage (NMW) for 2026.
