Enhancing openHR: Your Reliable Payroll and HR Solution
At openHR, we are committed to delivering top-notch services that evolve with our users' needs. We're excited to share the latest updates that amplify security, streamline functionality, and elevate your overall experience We set out to bring all outstanding critical feature requests and minor to moderate system bugs ever reported down to zero by no later than the 22nd of April 2025; and so, we did. Here's the complete list of the final items on said list:
1. Strengthened Security Measures Security is paramount. We've enhanced our signup process to automatically detect and block disposable or spam emails, ensuring only authentic users’ access openHR. By automating this security feature, it not only instantly protects our current and future user base even more, but it also allows our Integrity Team to have more time manually monitor openHR.
2. Optimised Print Logic for Organograms We tackled the rare errors or blank screens some users experienced while viewing organograms. This fix ensures seamless viewing, every time. We have also upgraded to the latest in AI tech which should improve logic applied.
3. Improved Reporting Accuracy Addressed a possible issue with year-to-date reports, which occurred under specific company-change scenarios. While rare, this fix ensures reliable reporting for all users. We have also changed so the latest financial year is on top of the selection list.
4. Some Instant Reports An issue exists where if reports are generated for employees in one tab after there was a company change in another tab, the error screen will be displayed without explaining the issue. Now users will be redirected to the dashboard.
5. Reset Password Function Refinement We resolved a hiccup where the reset password function occasionally required a second attempt. Now, resetting is smooth and efficient.
6. Enhanced Image Representation From assets to employees and company profiles, we've polished the profile image feature, ensuring it is representational.
7. Payslip Email Fix We improved the emailed PDF payslip formatting for lengthy names, addresses, titles, and descriptions. These elements will now seamlessly be truncated to ensure it doesn’t get removed completely by the system.
8. Survey Functionality Enhancement The finalise button in surveys is now disabled if no questions are added, preventing any incomplete survey submissions.
9. Introducing Collaborator Premium Hub Services With our openHR+ subscription listing, users can access premium services and enjoy the dedicated Collaborator Hub experience—complete with sleek diamonds indicating the premium status of a company!
Our mission is to continually enhance your experience by addressing nuances that matter. These updates exemplify our dedication to providing a secure, efficient, and user-friendly payroll and HR platform. Stay tuned for more innovations as we keep striving to simplify your workflows.
