1. openHR will gladly refund any payments made towards any service or product, subject to further terms set out below.
2. Refund requests must be made to us via e-mail or WhatsApp, both contacts which is available on our contact page.
3. Refund requests must be made within 27 days from date of purchase.
4. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used to purchase any of our services or products.
5. Should a refund be made to an account that was closed, card that has expired or card that was cancelled and not reflect within 30 business days, you agree to contact your issuing bank to resolve the matter.
6. Refunds can take up to 30 business days to reflect and is dependent on a combination of our third party payment provider's processing time and your issuing bank's payment processing time.
7. Should you request a refund, we reserve the right to block future purchases and subscriptions on openHR to prevent any possible abuse.
